MLOps and Production Track

Sixteen weeks · Part-time

MLOps and Production Track

A paced introduction to moving machine-learning systems from a working notebook to a calmly running production service. Covers experiment tracking, reproducible training, model packaging, deployment patterns, observability, and everyday service operations in a team setting.

  • Experiment tracking & reproducibility
  • Model packaging & deployment
  • Weekly small-group office hours

Why Garuda Tech

What shapes the way we work

Practitioner-led instruction

Sessions are prepared and delivered by people who work with these systems day to day. The curriculum reflects what production work actually requires, not an abstracted syllabus.

Part-time, measured pace

Every programme is designed around the reality that learners have existing work commitments. Sessions pair recorded content with hands-on exercises, so progress fits around your schedule.

Small implementation exercises

Each week's learning is grounded in a concrete exercise on a realistic small project. You build usable reference work as you progress, not just reading notes.

Small-group sessions

Office hours and reviews happen in small groups, so there is genuine space for questions and conversation — not a lecture hall format where queries go unanswered.

Clear learning path

The three programmes form a coherent sequence: from software engineering fundamentals, through production operations, to systems-level thinking. Each stage is self-contained and can be taken independently.

Portfolio-oriented outcomes

The longer programmes lead to a portfolio piece you have actually built — work you can refer to and extend after the course ends, rather than slides you archive and forget.

Common Questions

Things learners often ask

Who are these courses suitable for?
The courses are aimed at people who already have some contact with software or data work — whether as a developer, analyst, or researcher — and would like to build more consistent engineering practices around their AI projects. The Architecture Programme is suited to those with some prior production experience. We don't assume a specific background in machine learning; a willingness to work through implementation exercises is more important.
How much time per week does each programme require?
The Software Engineering course typically requires around six to eight hours per week, including the recorded session and implementation exercise. The MLOps track is similar, with the addition of a small-group office hour. The Architecture Programme requires a comparable weekly commitment, but the pace is set partly by the cohort's own progress on their portfolio project.
Are the sessions live or recorded?
The core instructional sessions are recorded and available to revisit. The MLOps track includes live small-group office hours each week, and the Architecture Programme has weekly live small-group reviews. We've found this combination works well: you can watch the session at a time that suits you, and the live session is reserved for discussion and questions.
What is the fee, and how is payment handled?
The Software Engineering course is priced at ฿4,300, the MLOps track at ฿10,200, and the Architecture Programme at ฿15,000. Payment details and invoice arrangements are covered during the enrolment conversation. We can issue a VAT invoice for learners whose employers are covering the cost.
When does the next cohort begin?
Cohorts open on a rolling basis, typically with a few weeks' lead time before the start date. If you send us an enquiry, we'll let you know the next available date for the programme you're interested in. Places are limited, so if the timing works for you, it's worth getting in touch early.
Is any of the content available in Thai?
The courses are delivered in English, reflecting the language of the technical documentation and tools learners will work with. The small-group sessions can accommodate questions in Thai if that helps — we want the conversation to be useful, not constrained by language.
How is my personal information handled?
We collect only the information needed to process your enquiry and, if you enrol, to run the programme. We don't share your details with third parties for marketing purposes. You can read the full detail in our Privacy Policy.
