What you gain
Why the format matters as much as the content

Six things that shape the experience
Practitioner-led, not syllabus-led
Sessions are built by people who work with these systems in production. The content reflects what you'll actually encounter, not what a curriculum board decided three years ago.
Designed around working schedules
Part-time by design. Recorded sessions can be watched when it suits you; the live small-group hours are the only fixed commitment each week.
Exercises on realistic small projects
Each week's exercise puts the session's content to work on something close enough to a real project to be meaningful. You build muscle memory alongside understanding.
A portfolio of work you actually own
The longer programmes produce a portfolio piece you chose and built. This is something concrete you can revisit, extend, and show — not a certificate attached to a generic project.
Small groups that allow real questions
Cohort sizes are kept small on purpose. Small-group office hours and reviews are structured so that every participant can ask what they actually need to ask.
Transparent, fixed pricing in Thai baht
Fees are stated clearly before you enquire. There are no tiers, no upsell tracks, and no subscription model. VAT invoices are available for corporate enrolments.
In more detail
What each advantage means in practice
Expertise that comes from current practice
Most technical education — particularly in a field moving as quickly as AI development — carries a significant lag between when the material was written and when you encounter it. The people who write course content are often not the same people who are deploying systems today.
At Garuda Tech, the instructors are practitioners with current production roles. The examples they bring, the problems they highlight, and the trade-offs they discuss are the ones they have navigated recently. That makes a measurable difference to the relevance of what you learn.
Tools and approaches from production environments
The tooling covered in each programme is selected based on what's actually in use in production ML and AI environments in Southeast Asia. We don't include tools because they appear on a trend list; we include them because practitioners working in this space are using them.
This means the exercises are built around tools you are likely to encounter in your work, and the decisions you make during them reflect the trade-offs you'd face in a real setting.
A learner experience that treats you as a professional
We don't assume you need motivation to study — you're a working professional who has chosen to invest time in a specific skill area. What you need is clear material, honest answers to your questions, and a reasonable schedule that fits around your existing commitments.
Enquiries receive a response within one working day. If a programme isn't a good fit for your situation, we'll tell you that directly.
Pricing that reflects the scope of what's delivered
The courses are priced to be accessible to individual learners in Thailand, not indexed to international course markets. ฿4,300 for the Software Engineering course, ฿10,200 for the MLOps track, and ฿15,000 for the Architecture Programme.
For learners whose employers are covering the cost, we issue VAT invoices. There are no recurring fees and no locked content after the course ends.
Concrete work as the measure of progress
Progress through our programmes is measured by what you build, not by quiz scores or attendance records. Each implementation exercise is a piece of work you can point to; the longer programmes close with a portfolio piece that represents several months of considered effort.
This approach means the evidence of learning is external and durable — something you can refer to long after the programme ends.

What distinguishes us
Features you won't find elsewhere
Curriculum model
Reviewed before every cohort
Unlike platforms that publish a course once and leave it static, we review the material before each cohort begins. If a tool has been superseded, a pattern has become less common, or new considerations have emerged, the session is updated before learners encounter it.
Cohort structure
Size limit that we actually enforce
We cap cohort sizes and close enrolment when the limit is reached. This means the small-group format remains genuinely small — not a nominal label for a group of forty people with a comment box.
Learning outcomes
Portfolio over credential
We don't issue certificates as the primary outcome of a programme. The primary outcome is a body of work: exercises you completed, decisions you documented, and for the longer programmes, a portfolio piece of your own choosing. The work is the evidence.
Regional fit
Priced for Thailand, not indexed internationally
Our fees reflect what's reasonable for a working professional in Bangkok, not what an international platform charges learners in higher-income markets. The courses are designed for practitioners working in Southeast Asia, and the pricing reflects that.
